Return & Refund Policy

At Arabian-Cart, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the terms below.

Return eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • You provide valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Return requests made after 30 days of delivery.
  • Final-sale, clearance, or promotional items.
  • Gift cards or giveaway items.

How to request a return

  1. Email official@arabian-cart.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review the request and provide return instructions.
  3. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective on arrival.
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process an eligible refund within 5–7 business days.

Refund details

  • Eligible refunds are processed using the appropriate method for the payment method used for the order.
  • Banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact official@arabian-cart.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the item received. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received an expected refund, please first check with your bank or payment provider. You may also contact us at official@arabian-cart.com for assistance.
